SCHEDULE: The bus
picks up the passengers from the hotel at the stated time. It starts
a short tour by the ancient downtown, following it gets into the
Cathedral for a guided visit, then it makes a visit to Qorikancha or
Temple of the Sun, afterwards it starts a tour to enter and visit
the four ruins nearby:
Sacsayhuaman,
Qenqo, Puca pucara, Tambomachay, when ending the tour the passengers
are taken to their respective hotels or if they wish they stay in
the Main Square.
CATHEDRAL: It was
constructed between 1560 and 1664, great blocks of red granite were
used the facade is of renaissance style, in the interior an
Altarpiece worked in silver is watched, it holds great treasures in
goldsmith and paintings from Cusco of the colonial epoch.
KORICANCHA: It

SACSAYHUAMAN:. At 2 kms. From the city of Cusco, archeological

KENKO: It is a

VISIT TO THE SACRED VALLEY

SCHEDULE: The bus
will pick up from the hotel the passengers to take them to the
Sacred Valley which weather and geography is special having a
gathering of the best maize in the world. Some stops are made where
places of interest can be watched. The first town to visit is Pisaq.
we will go through its crafty market, proper place for the purchase
of craft. Afterwards a stop will be made for lunch in a touristic
restaurant and continue the trip towards Ollantaytambo where it will
be able to make the visit to the archeological complex. Then the
town of Chinchero will be visited, its streets will be toured and
its church which holds canvases of the Escuela Cusqueña finished the
visit we return to Cusco, the bus will leave the passengers in their
respective hotels.
PISAQ: Picturesque town breed and colonial on which a fair of great
prestige takes place for the tourists. The tour that is generally
made includes the visit to the archeological zone, crafts market,
archeological zone is formed by sector neighborhoods being thus the
one of Intihuatana, the Pre-Inca cemetery, terraces among other
places of much importance.
OLLANTAYTAMBO: The population that lives in the place settles the

WALK LARES –
MACHUPICCHU 4D/3N
This is another alternative of walking of several days, ending in
Machupicchu, alternative that includes appreciating part of the vial
web of inca trail and a great biodiversity of flora and fauna as
well as the typical landscapes of the region.
This is a pleasant trip for those people that like to have contact
with local Andean communities. During the walking there are not many
archeological ruins but however there are unforgettable landscapes.
The walking is considered moderated, but at the same time it will
guide us the opportunity to be able to visit the archeological ruins
of Ollantaytambo and we will make a short trip by train to
Machupicchu, one of the most important and famous archeological
remains of the world.
SCHEDULE DAY BY
DAY
DAY 1: CUSCO - LARES - HUACAHUASI.
We leave from Cusco 6-00 a.m. to after four hours we will arrive to
the spring falls of Lares where we will enjoy this place and then
take lunch overhere and at the afternoon we will walk an average of
three hours up to the community of Wacawasi with 3600 masl.
We go out of Cusco 6:00am for after 4 hours(o'clock) we will come to
the thermal baths of Homes where we will enjoy this place and later
we will have lunch right here and in the evening we will travel an
average of three hours up to Wacawasi's community with. 3600msnm.
DAY 2- HUACAHUASI – ARORAY - MANTANAY.
Huacahuasi is a traditional town that still mantains its techniques
of crops as well as also its textiles are typical, they produce
throws, caps and other crafts.
After visiting this small town, we ascend to the highest spot of our
walking the Abra del Puma (1416.1 feet a.s.l), after descending an
hour approximately we will be able to watch the lagoons of Aroray
and Mananay. Finally we will camp near this last lagoon.
DAY 3: MANTANAY - YANAHUARA - OLLANTAYTAMBO - AGUAS CALIENTES
After a recomforting breakfast, we will start our walking of
descending towards the Sacred Valley of the Incas, to the place
denominated Yanahuara on which the transportation will be waiting to
direct us to Ollantaytambo and take our train to Aguas Calientes to
be able to spend the night in a hotel, reserved for the group.
DAY 4: AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHUPICCHU - AGUAS CALIENTES - CUSCO.
We will leave early by bus to explore the citadel of Machupicchu
tour guided for two hours after free time and afterwards we take the
bus for coming down to the population of Aguas Calientes and after
we return to the imperial city of Cusco by train.
The camping is
subjected to the variation according to the management of the guide
and to the physical state of the group.

TRIP TO THE SOUTH OF CUSCO

SCHEDULE: Tipón, Piquillacta, Andahuaylillas, are visited, the town
of Oropesa finished the visit you will be able to take lunch the
typical sparkling of pork (chicharrones) from Cusco ui a field
restaurant of the zone, or by your own in the city of Cusco.
TIPÓN: The
archeological complex is formed by a system of terraces and chanals
or irrigation, it was a main center of production and farming
investigation.
OROPESA: pintoresque town that holds the most hidden mystery in the
richness of much history, being the first district industrial of the
province of Quispicanchis with the craft bread.
PIQUILLACTA: archeological complex will be visited on which it will
be able to appreciaste the difference of the techniques of
construction of the cultures of Wari and Inca.
ANDAHUAYLILLAS: Is a typical town of the andes, the most outstanding
of this town iis its beautiful church chich walls inside are nicely
painted, it was built in the colonial ipoch and it is located
infront of a pinturesque plaza.
